  1. License Agreement
  2.  
  3. BY CLICKING ON THE "YES" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO 
  4. BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS 
  5. AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF 
  6. THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "NO" BUTTON.

  9. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, iISoftware 
  10. hereby grants you a license to use iISystem Wiper Pro on an "AS IS" 
  11. basis, solely for your private, personal use.  You agree not to 
  12. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, duplicate, 
  13. distribute for profit, or make copies of iISystem Wiper Pro. 
  14.  
  15. iISystem Wiper Pro is protected by United States copyright law
  16. and international treaty provisions.  You acknowldge that no title
  17. to the intellectual property in iISystem Wiper Pro is transferred to you.
  18. You further acknowledge tha ttitle and full ownership rights to iISystem
  19. Wiper Pro will remain the exclusive property of iISoftware.
  20.  
  21. You will not use or rely on iISystem Wiper Pro, the iiSoftware Website, 
  22. or any other program, information or service whatsoever related there
  23. to for "mission critical" or "content sensitive" applications and use.  
  24. For purposes of this Agreement "mission critical" applications and use 
  25. shall mean applications and use that may result in damage; "content 
  26. sensitive" applications and use shall mean any information or data you 
  27. do not wish to be freely accessible and generally available to Internet 
  28. users.

  30. By using iISystem Wiper Pro, you agree to comply with any applicable
  31. legal obligations, including but not limited to, obligations 
  32. imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, privacy and export 
  33. laws.
  34.  
  35. iISoftware does not want to receive any confidential, secret or 
  36. proprietary information and material from you through the iISoftware 
  37. Website, mail and e-mail addresses, or in any other way.  
  38. ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL SUBMITTED OR SENT TO 
  39. IISOFTWARE WILL BE DEEMED NOT TO BE CONFIDENTIAL OR 
  40. SECRET.  By submitting or sending documentation, information or other 
  41. material to iISoftware, you: (i) warrant that you have no rights of any kind to 
  42. the materials or the content thereof; that to the best of your knowledge, no 
  43. other party has any rights to the materials or their content; (ii) grant 
  44. iISoftware an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, 
  45. perform, modify, transmit and distribute such documentation, information or 
  46. other materials; and (iii) further agree that iISoftware is free to use any ideas, 
  47. know-how, concepts or techniques you send to iISoftware for any purpose.

  49. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF IISYSTEM WIPER PRO IS AT 
  50. YOUR SOLE RISK. IISYSTEM WIPER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS 
  51. IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.  IISOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT, 
  52. GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE 
  53. USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF IISYSTEM WIPER IN 
  54. TERMS OF THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, VALIDITY, 
  55. STABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE OF 
  56. THEIR CONTENTS OR PRODUCTS.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE 
  57. RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF IISYSTEM WIPER IS 
  58. ASSUMED BY THE USER. 
  59.  
  60. iISoftware does not warrant or guarantee that the functions or services 
  61. performed by iISystem Wiper Pro will be uninterrupted or error-free or that 
  62. defects in iISystem Wiper Pro will be corrected. You hereby acknowledge that 
  63. you are aware that by downloading iISystem Wiper Pro from the iISoftware 
  64. Website or from any other website, you might be exposed to infection by 
  65. viruses, worms, Trojan horses or anything else manifesting contaminating or 
  66. destructive properties.  It is your sole responsibility to isolate the program 
  67. and information, execute anti-contamination software and otherwise take 
  68. steps to ensure that the program or information, if contaminated or infected, 
  69. will not damage your information or system. You acknowledge that you are 
  70. aware of security and privacy limitations arising from usage of the Internet, 
  71. including, but not restricted to, the limitation of authentication measures. The 
  72. entire risk as to the quality and performance of iISystem Wiper Pro and the 
  73. accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness, validity and quality thereof 
  74. or of any other information is with you.
  75.  
  76. IN NO EVENT WILL IISOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY 
  77. OTHER PARTY (i) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, 
  78. PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES 
  79. (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  80. BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  81. PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE), OR ANY OTHER 
  82. DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE AVAILABILITY, 
  83. USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE IISYSTEM WIPER PRO, 
  84. OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY IISOFTWARE OR 
  85. ITS USERS, EVEN IF IISOFTWARE SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED 
  86. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF 
  87. THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR 
  88. OTHERWISE; OR (ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, 
  89. OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE 
  90. PROPERTIES OF ANY INFORMATION.
